In this video .148" diameter steel wire is pulled off our Heavy Duty Wire Payoff and straightened in our #5 PWS 2 Plane straightener before it is cut off using custom quill on quill to give an angled 45 degree cut on both ends into 34 inch lengths. The independent length is then set in our custom bending module and bent to whatever degree the customer specifies. The finished part slides down the chute and is bundled and packaged.
