Wire Straightener Bearings & Wire Straightener Accessories

All Novo standard v-groove bearings are precision ground to 120° rather than the standard 90°angle.  The purpose is to apply a less drastic pressure angle, thereby minimizing deformation of the original material shape.
All Novo bearings are factory lubed for assembly.  440 stainless steel is available upon request in most sizes and run at the same speed as the standard shielded bearings.  Sealed bearings are available in most sizes.

Novo Precision Wire Straightener Bearings are placed closer in proximity to each other than any other wire straightener on

the market.  That is just one of the reasons why the Novo PWS's react to fine adjustments much more agressively than any other straightener.

Inferior bearings will create inferior control or lack of it.  The accuracy of the bearing is an integral part of the Novo PWS's advantage to remove variation in the wire and therefore, cannot be reproduced as other roll straighteners are manufactured.  On a Novo wire straightener, when you adjust one of the bearings just .001 of an inch, the wire will change its direction.  If any one or more of our 28 rolls were not produced from high quality bearings and the shape was not ground to a high tolerance of concentricity, the performance of these precision instruments would decline dramatically.
