Our wire is cut with a clean end with minimal to no burr and additional steps such as tumbling, passivating and packaging are available.
Capabilities:
- Wire with Chamfered Ends-Secondary operation where edges are cut off to give a smooth flat slope around the wire ends
- Angled cut wire- Our quill on quill cut can be customized to whatever angle cut you need. Our industry best wire cutting machines can angle cut both sides or just one.
Stamped Wire
- Stamping Wire- Secondary operations such as stamping wire, swaging wire or coining wire ends can be performed to meet your needs.

Angled Cut Wire
- Centerless Grind Wire- After cutting wire we can centerless grind material to meet any diameter tolerances needed.

Nose Pieces for Face Masks
With the increased demand for facemasks and other Personal Protection Equipment we have designed and manufactured state of the art strip and wire cutting machines to produce nose pieces from Aluminum strip. Our tool design allows the strip to be straightened and then cut and trim to remove a slug and give a nice rounded edge which is crucial for the masks that they will be attached to. Because of this process we are able to produce the highest quality nose piece at the lowest cost when compared to other companies that are cutting from sheet metal. We can also cut small diameter wire or any other linear material that is used as the nose piece for other masks such as surgical or dust masks.
